RESERVATION POLICIES
DEPOSITS: At least a One Night Deposit on all reservations is required. Check deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. Credit card deposits can be taken by phone when booking. Holiday and Indian Market reservations must be fully paid in advance.
CANCELLATIONS: A 10% service fee (of the entire reservation) will be charged for any cancellation for any reason. If you cancel 14 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less the service fee of 10%. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, and we are unable to rebook the room(s), you will be charged the full rate for each night not rebooked. Indian Market and holidays require 30 days notice to cancel. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for their entire reserved stay.
